Where the hills are high
and the cowboys roam
is my favorite place
my Montana home!
Where people live three lives instead of one
and the rural people give
my heart runs free
'tis the only place to live.
Where the sky is blue
all year round
the temperature changes
as you hear all the sweet sounds.
as I end this poem I'd like to ask you
What do you think of rural Montana?
Who knows?
maybe you live in Nebraska!
When you think about your favorite place
take a picture of it
and decorate it with lace!
Maybe you'll sit down and write about it!
