Policies for Cowboy Enterprises

Billing Policy
We accept money orders, cashiers check or personal checks.

All personal checks will be held till they clear the bank and items will be shipped once it clears.

Returns and Cancellations Policy
If any item purchased is found to be materially different,

(as of the time immediately prior to shipment to the Buyer),

than as represented by the Seller on the website, the original

Buyer shall have the right, within three (3) days of receiving the item,

to rescind the transaction by notifying the Seller and by returning

the item to the Seller, in the same condition as it was

received by the Buyer, at the Buyer's expense and risk.

Upon the item's return, Seller shall refund to the Buyer,

a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price,

including taxes and duties paid to the Seller but excluding any

other amounts paid to the Seller for packaging, shipping, transportation,

 insurance, and any other charges. Seller shall send to the Buyer,

the amount of the required refund as set forth above, within one (1) week..

If the item was damaged during shipping, the Buyer needs

to contact the responsible Shipper to resolve this matter.

Seller agrees to provide any necessary paperwork to assist the Buyer in their claim.

Cancellations
In the event of cancellation of an order by buyer.

Once the item is in transit, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred.
Cancellation of an order
Will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.

Shipping Policy
Shipping charges will be determined by zip code and items
will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks of payment.  All items are made as order received.
