Faulkton Schools
Faulkton, South Dakota
and even where I stand freedoms great not just to me to everyone it's grand.
Red, white and blue is what we love fighting leads to joy and freedom the symbol comes from a dove God will always lead 'em.
Eagles sore across our nations heading coast to coast other places have no patience that's why I love America the most. ***********
My Little Turtle by Chris - 5th Grade
I sat up in my bed and let out a yawn. I looked at the turtle shell at the side of my bed then all of a sudden out popped his head. He looked at me then stuck out his chin at that moment I made a little grin. with my turtle I flew down the stairs I saw my little sister watching Care Bears. Then I eat breakfast and run outside with my little turtle and I we went down the slide oh what fun we had my turtle and I I have to be honest I can't tell a lie. We went to the swings and then to the park when we finally arrived all the dogs started to bark. When we were done we ran straight to our house we walked to our room and turned off the light I put my turtle down and said goodnight We had lots of fun today that's not a lie with my great friend my turtle and I. ***************
America by Abbi - 5th Grade
My country is a special thing to me especially, from every single tree with every tiny grain of soil there is nothing you can foil.
With the lake of Minnesota, galore to the Great Plain, I know what this is for looking at a purple majesty I realize I take pride in my country.
To the hills of Tennessee this is all special to me the Great Lakes fill me with pride so there is nothing I can hide.
Standing next to the Grand Mississippi River it makes my lips quiver. The Star-Spangled banner waves in front of my face I stand up and show my pride to the whole human race.
The Rocky Mountains stand up, oh so tall it makes me feel like I shine over them all. This doesn't show my feelings. It doesn't show my mind. This shows my America, and what my heart still has to find. *****************
Lost Lama by Luren - 6th Grade
My lama was lost it was a great cost I did everything I could but he was caught in a pile of wood.
I tried and tried but then I cried I did everything I could but he was still in the wood.
He was kicking around then dropped a mound he's out he's out! I cried. then he had a heart attack and died.
He haunts the place now he want to mow but I tell him no while playing with my yo-yo. *******************
Champion by Dane - 7th Grade
What is a champion is it someone that does their best some don't really know but I think they're just like the rest.
Being a champion is priceless that is so in some people's mind but I think you can become a champion from being one-of-a-kind.
Everyone wants to become a champion
they think its someone's most don't go ahead and boast.
Many people are champions some may not be just remember when you want to become a champion just say to be me.
You can become a champion it doesn't matter what other people think of just keep being yourself and be as free as a dove. *************
